What is LEGO® Serious Play®?

Johan Roos and Bart Victor, both professors at IMD in Switzerland, created LSP in the mid-1990s. LSP is not just playing with LEGO® but is based on evidence-based research by Johan & Bart.

By "thinking with your hands", the method aims to develop innovative strategies, build strong teams, and deal with difficult challenges through serious play with LEGO® bricks, cultivating creativity and innovative capabilities.

LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® is the only community business model using LEGO® materials that is officially approved by the LEGO® Group today.

Why LEGO®?

By using three-dimensional LEGO® models, realistic scenarios are created to visualise challenges and opportunities, it provides an entirely new prospective on your organisation and the world around it. This makes it easier to handle complex issues and share valuable knowledge.

With LSP, challenges are brought to the table via LEGO® models, making them more concrete and easier to work with. Additionally, we offer online sessions where mini LEGO® kits are sent in advance.
