We have everything from one-hour introduction sessions to three-day coaching courses.

All courses are designed to. 

• Develop your current understanding of the different types of questions in a coaching conversation and the impact they can have

• Widen your skills around giving feedback so that this is done in a way that is appropriate to different situations. 

• Developing your ability to conduct coaching conversations within the workplace

In addition to the coaching courses that we offer, we also can offer work-based coaches for you or your team, in your place of work.

Transformational Train-the-Trainer

We offer support to enhance your internal training team's online and in-person facilitation skills. Our courses range from half-day sessions to comprehensive five-day programs. Our two-day course is our most sought-after program.

Face-to-face delivery, at your workplace or at one of our open courses, we'll transition you from avoiding training delivery to confidently taking center stage. Our sessions are limited to eight delegates, guaranteeing ample time to improve your confidence and ensure you can present with clarity and conviction upon completing the course.

Throughout the course, you will learn how to:

  • Deliver effective training

  • Assess learner performance

  • Train and Develop your colleagues

  • Discover how to utilise technology and learning aids in your training
