• Widen your skills around giving feedback so that this is done in a way that is appropriate to different situations
• Developing your ability to conduct coaching conversations within the workplace.
Our advanced programs look further into the roles within coaching EG: “the manager as coach”. In addition, they explore the theories in coaching, evidence-based research, and numerous opportunities to practice and harness your new coaching skills.
In addition to the coaching courses that we offer, we also can offer work-based coaches for you or your team in your place of work.
We work with people across different levels in organisations, to bring out the best in them and to help them achieve their goals. Packages are available from 2-100 hours or ad-hoc sessions if required.
